How it works

In four steps

    Pick a bundle

    A monthly bundle of 10, 15, 20, 30, 50 or 100 users.

    We set up your space

    Your company gets its own web space to manage the team.

    Invite your people

    With a link or a code. Each person joins from the app with their account.

    Follow usage

    Every month you see the users and can increase, reduce or remove people.

Each user in the bundle takes their seat for the month, used or not. Unused seats do not carry over.

Your people’s privacy comes first

The company sees how the team is progressing, not what each person answers. And every employee knows what is visible before joining.

What happens to unused seats?

They are lost at the end of the month. The bundle is monthly and does not accumulate.

Can we change the bundle size?

Yes. Increasing applies once approved; reducing applies from the following month.

What if someone already has Parlumi?

They use the same account: they join with the code or invitation and receive the company plan. If they leave, they keep their progress.

What if we exceed the bundle?

You cannot. The next person goes on a waiting list until a seat is free or the bundle is increased.

How is it paid?

By bank transfer or direct debit, with an invoice. We will agree the details when we talk.

Which languages are available?

We start with English and will add more based on what you ask for.
