ParlumiDelete your account
When you delete your account, we erase everything that identifies you and revoke Parlumi’s access to your Apple ID. This can’t be undone.
From the app (the fastest way)
Open Parlumi and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account and data. Everything is deleted right away, on your phone and on our servers.
If you use the app without an account, your data isn’t linked to any email address: delete it from the app, with that same button or by signing out. If you no longer have the app, your data is deleted automatically after 12 months of inactivity.
Without the app
Enter the email address of your Apple account and we’ll send you a link to confirm the deletion. If you chose Hide My Email when you signed up, use Apple’s forwarding address: you’ll find it on your iPhone, in Settings → [your name] → Sign in with Apple → Parlumi.
What gets deleted and what doesn’t
- Everything that identifies you is deleted: the link to your Apple ID, the fingerprint of your email address, your name, the link to your device, your sessions, your written answers and any comments you’ve sent us.
- We keep only anonymous statistical data (sign-up date, languages and progress), with no link to you, so that we know, for example, how many people have signed up. If you come back to the app, you’ll start as a new user.
- We don’t keep separate copies. Data may only remain for a limited time in our hosting provider’s backups, which are overwritten periodically.
